Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for patients supported by midlevel providers and medical assistants. Manage shared outpatient office call in a rotation of approximately one week per quarter. Provide care in clinics equipped with on-site radiology and laboratory services. Newly trained and experienced physicians are considered. This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary, annual wRVU productivity bonus, and full-time benefits including malpractice coverage with tail. Relocation allowance and student loan repayment are provided. The position is within Baptist Health, a UAB Health System affiliate featuring a nationally ranked Magnet program, certified stroke center, and premiere robotics capabilities, located in Montgomery, Alabama.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board eligibility or board certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted medical license in the state of Alabama
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DEA license in the state of Alabama
- Family medicine or internal medicine training
