Hospital Distribution Technician

Hospital Distribution Technician at Vitalant responsible for receiving, preparing, and shipping routing and STAT orders of blood and blood products; conducting visual inspections for order accuracy; delivering products to healthcare facilities in a company vehicle; maintaining hospital service records and monitoring storage, equipment, and work areas; and communicating with customers about order fulfilment and product availability. Requires customer service experience and ability to lift up to 40 lbs; in-state driver’s license; and healthcare experience preferred. Training schedule initially runs Monday-Friday during the first 6 weeks, followed by four 10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday in Spokane, WA.
