Hospital Director of Operations

Hospital Director of Operations will oversee all operations and business activities at PET ER (Pet Emergency Treatment) in Anchorage, AK, partnering with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care, financial health, and staff development. Responsibilities include leading leadership teams and staff recruitment (in collaboration with the Medical Director), driving strategic growth, managing the P&L, budgeting and financial planning, monitoring performance and implementing process improvements, and fostering a positive hospital culture. The role requires strong experience in clinical operations, financial management, and building high-performing teams, with emphasis on supplier relationships, marketing support, and cross-department coordination to support 24-hour emergency and specialty veterinary care.
