Job Summary
Envision the hospital's future by making high-quality, evidence-informed decisions that shape long-term strategy and drive operational excellence. Lead continuous improvement efforts to adopt new technologies, streamline workflows, and use data to improve hospital-wide effectiveness. Build strong partnerships with local teams, support center colleagues, and referring veterinarians to foster cross-functional collaboration and transparent communication. Develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentorship, and continuous learning while managing financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability. Report into Ethos Field Leadership to ensure alignment on goals and execute hospital priorities within a mission-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of senior leadership experience in veterinary hospital operations, healthcare, or retail
- Experience in a multi-specialty or matrixed setting
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to drive strategic and operational initiatives
- Proven ability to foster inclusive collaboration
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing hospital financials
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting
- Demonstrated experience with full P&L accountability
