Job Summary
Develop strategic hospital plans to maximize organ and tissue donation potential while engaging physicians, nurses, and coroners to champion process improvements. Serve as the primary liaison during donation processes to ensure effective communication between hospitals, donor families, and the organization. Deliver regular education sessions on donation benefits and processes, conduct data analysis for marketing initiatives, and document all facility interactions. This role supports Tennessee Donor Services' mission to save lives through organ donation within the DCI Donor Services family.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years marketing experience, preferably within the medical or donation industry and/or related experience required
- Understanding of the healthcare system and hospital operations
- Valid Driver's license with ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements
- Must have their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by their potential start date or be able to supply proof of vaccination
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field
- CPTC preferred
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications
