Hospital Concierge & Security

Front-of-house Hospital Concierge & Security role at St John of God Geelong Hospital. Responsibilities include welcoming patients and visitors, maintaining security of patients and caregivers, assisting with de-escalation of aggressive behavior, responding to emergency codes, guiding arrivals to site services, monitoring access controls, and aiding patients with luggage and mobility. Requires prior concierge or customer service experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to multi-task while supporting patient care and the hospital’s mission and values. Full-time schedule, with potential weekends/public holidays; salary in AUD with additional benefits and superannuation. Must be able to deliver a welcoming, professional experience and collaborate with clinical and engineering teams as needed.
