Job Summary
Provide administrative oversight for the assigned facility, managing human, operational, and financial resources while accepting special projects within time and financial constraints. Engage with providers to establish leadership roles in community organizations and drive public awareness and referral development. Participate in preparing operating and capital facility budgets, monitor departmental compliance, and assist in capital equipment procurement. Develop and implement comprehensive outpatient care and ambulatory programs while delivering input to Corporate on strategic goals for the market area. Ensure compliance with assigned strategic goals and corporate policies interpreted by the Board of Directors.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years' experience in hospital leadership or equivalent in the healthcare industry
- Proven experience in corporate planning, development, management, board development, and multi-hospital operations
- Rehabilitation or Long-Term Acute Care experience, as applicable
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or an appropriately related field
- Verbal acumen
- Writing acumen
- Numerical acumen
- Ability to understand concepts and integrate them into plans of action
- Ability to formulate concepts and utilize them in strategic planning
- Ability to concentrate and focus attention for long periods
- This is an exempt position
