Hospital Charge Nurse - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Lead the day-to-day operations of the inpatient hospital unit, ensuring minimum staffing of one RN and one CNA per 12-hour shift, 24/7, while providing direct patient care as a working member of the team. Supervise, schedule, and support the hospital RN and CNA staff, including performance coaching and coverage coordination. Serve as the regulatory liaison for dietary services and participate in the unit's on-call rotation as the last-resort backstop for unfilled shifts. Monitor quality, patient safety, and accreditation readiness while coordinating with providers and families to support safe discharge. Participate in hiring and interviewing for unit positions. Requires an ADN or BSN, current Kansas RN license, 3-5 years of nursing experience, and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Full-time role with potential evening or weekend shifts.
