Hospital Channel Manager (HCM)

Job Summary
Lead the field force to deliver strategic objectives for GSK medicines and vaccines at specialist hospitals within assigned territories. Develop and implement short- and long-term hospital plans, engage hospital decision makers to build long-term partnerships, and drive omnichannel planning and execution for focus brands and new product launches. Orchestrate activities and value propositions aligned with hospital needs to drive performance, coach and develop the field team, and enable cross-functional collaboration between medical, marketing, and field force teams for execution. Ensure activities comply with GSK standards and local laws across the assigned territories; lead reporting to Commercial Head / Hospital Manager Lead and manage up to 10 direct reports.
Required Qualifications
- University/College degree (pharmaceutical industry or medical field preferred)
- Medical background with 3–5 years of field force and key account leadership experience
- Excellent communication, commercial acumen, scientific healthcare knowledge, problem solving, strategic planning and execution, collaboration and influencing skills
