Job Summary
Transport employees and customers from parking facilities to designated areas while maintaining safety standards and ensuring all passengers are authorized to board. Operate the shuttle bus safely, adhering to traffic laws and posted speed limits, and ensure the vehicle meets all maintenance requirements and company standards. Maintain a strict schedule to minimize delays and resolve any issues promptly. Provide exceptional service by extending the Exceptional Care philosophy, communicating clearly with managers and passengers, and ensuring a positive experience for every rider.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Professional Driving
- Proficient in English both verbally and written
- High School Diploma/GED
- CDL class A, B, or C WITH Passenger Endorsement
- Updated Medical Certificate
- DPU Certification
- Be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English
- Possess the manual ability to operate a Shuttle bus safely
- Currently holds a valid Driver's License in state of residency
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Driving record must meet company standards
- Ability to successfully pass company issued driving test
