Job Summary
Shuttle Transportation Team member for Encore Service Group is responsible for safe, courteous transport of hospital staff and guests between surface lots/garages and hospital entrances. Duties include greeting passengers by name, operating wheelchair transport when needed, adhering to uniform policy, maintaining a professional appearance, providing timely, polite service, and ensuring safe navigation to destinations. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check and drug screen; 21+ required. GPS familiarity and reliable transportation to the workstation are essential. Benefits (medical/dental/optical) and PTO are offered after 60 days for full-time teammates. Position details indicate part-time status at 20 hours/week, typically 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
