Job Summary
Hospital At Home (HICU) LPN (Overnights) at BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a full-time overnight LPN to support infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home in the Philadelphia area. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one, skilled nursing care in a home setting, delivering ICU-level pediatric care as part of a hospital-within-a-home team, and handling infusion and ventilator/tracheostomy support. The role emphasizes pediatric home health, hospital-to-home care delivery, and collaboration within a team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Qualifications include active LPN licensure, 1+ year of LPN experience, NICU/PICU/ICU/home care trach-vent experience with infants, and proficiency in infusion and ventilator care. Required Qualifications
