Job Summary
Hospital Affairs Lead (HAL) in Germany leading regional sales for Rhythm’s product, collaborating with National and International teams to drive sales strategy, engage external experts and decision makers with scientific expertise, develop partnerships, support care and patient programs, optimize referral pathways, lead an omnichannel customer approach, utilize CRM for planning, ensure compliance, and organize national conferences and local educational meetings. Requires field-based presence in Germany, willingness to travel frequently, and strong communication skills in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Academic degree (science or economy)
- MBA, PharmD or PhD is a plus
- At least 5 years sales experience in pharma/biotech in Germany
- Orphan/specialty experience preferred
- Experience with building and maintaining relationships with HCPs, payors, multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with referral pathways
- Successful launches experience
- IT-based/virtual customer interaction and promotional tools
- Site-specific project management
- Commercial acumen and financially savvy
- Ability to manage complexity and priorities
- Self-starter in fast-paced environment
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in German and English
