Job Summary
Hospital Advocate provides in-person crisis intervention and advocacy to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking in hospital settings across Butler, Clermont, and Hamilton Counties. Responsibilities include trauma-informed support, safety planning, systems navigation, and documentation; collaboration with medical staff, law enforcement, and community partners; and ongoing follow-up to ensure survivor autonomy and informed choice. Requires travel between hospitals, a valid driver's license, a Bachelor’s degree in social work/psychology/public health or related field (or equivalent experience), and strong communication, confidentiality, and cultural competency skills. Shift is overnight from 12am–8am, Wednesday through Sunday, in a primarily remote position with in-person hospital responses and occasional trainings/events. Compensation is $18-$20 hourly (annualized to $37,440-$41,600), plus benefits. Location is Cincinnati, OH; travel across Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, and Hamilton Counties in Ohio.
