Job Summary
Oversee and manage a growing team of veterinary professionals from assistants to veterinarians while functioning as the daily decision-maker to address issues and create systems that reduce preventable ones. Help develop and optimize workflows into consistent, methodical processes and guide department managers to promote a collective effort toward full team potential. Drive financial performance and accountability while partnering with medical leadership to align operational and clinical goals. Serve as a culture champion, establishing efficient workflows and scalable systems to build a sustainable organizational structure from the ground up. Continually challenge the ceiling on client experience and team development within the new 16,000 sq ft facility opening in late fall 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience preferably in a healthcare or veterinary medicine
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a high aptitude for learning
