Hospital Administrator

Lead the hospital by providing direction to clinical and office staff, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and overseeing all functional areas including Nursing, Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Front Office, and Dietary. Conduct Root Cause Analyses with the Patient Safety Committee to mitigate patient safety incidents and assume the Patient Safety Officer role to monitor and report serious events. Manage fiscal accountability through budgetary oversight, handle patient grievances while protecting PHI, and assume the lead role during facility inspections. Drive data to regional management, monitor quality indicators, and ensure continuous staff coverage. Complete employee performance evaluations and participate in community outreach programs.
