Hospital Administrator (Burleson/Mansfield)

Provide leadership, training, and supervision for hospital employees while overseeing all functional areas including Nursing, Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Front Office, and Dietary. Conduct Root Cause Analyses to mitigate patient safety incidents and ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and accreditation standards. Handle patient grievances, assume the lead role during facility inspections, and drive data through clearly defined metrics. Assume fiscal accountability through budgetary oversight and ensure the business office complies with established policies regarding collections and customer service. Complete employee performance evaluations and ensure continuous staff coverage. Participate in community outreach programs and travel to all facility locations as required.
