Hospital Administrator

Provide leadership, training, and supervision for hospital employees while overseeing all functional areas including Nursing, Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Front Office, and Dietary. Conduct Root Cause Analyses to mitigate patient safety incidents and ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and licensing standards. Handle patient grievances, manage facility inspections, and drive data metrics to regional management. Assume fiscal accountability through budgetary oversight and ensure continuous staff coverage. Complete employee performance evaluations and coordinate with Human Resources on training and development initiatives. Participate in community outreach programs and travel to all facility locations as required.
