Job Summary
Conduct objective assessments and comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under general supervision of Therapy Leadership. Perform direct supervision on patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, while overseeing PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. Maintain current BLS certification and hold a valid Physical Therapy license for independent patient care. Requires ability to push, pull, lift 50 lbs, and perform prolonged standing, walking, and bending duties. This role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and offers outstanding benefits including medical, dental, vision, tuition support, and matched retirement plans for team members working 32+ hours per pay period.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
- Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice
- BLS certified
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
- Ability to stand and walk during each shift
Desired Qualifications
- Six months to one year experience
- Experience with care for adult and geriatric patients
