Hospital Acute Physical Therapist - Full Time *Sign On*

Conduct objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under general supervision. Perform direct patient supervision and provide indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. Maintain current BLS certification and hold a valid Physical Therapy license to ensure safe care delivery. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and walk for prolonged periods while performing duties that involve gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
