Job Summary
Conduct objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under general supervision. Perform direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, while overseeing PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. Maintain current licensure and BLS certification, and adhere to departmental policies regarding referral and standards of treatment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
- Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice
- BLS certified
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
- Six months to one year experience
