Hospital Account Manager

Hospital Account Manager role in the Pullman, WA territory focused on promoting and supporting Pacific Medical Hospital Partnerships, coordinating inpatient care related to orthopedic soft goods and devices (e.g., CPMs, braces, orthotics), and serving as a patient- and provider-facing resource within a multidisciplinary care team. Responsibilities include fitting orthopedic devices, coordinating orders for lumbar-sacral orthotics, documenting care, communicating with physicians and nurses, assisting with in-service training, and ensuring adherence to policies while driving quality and performance criteria. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and time-management skills, experience with inventory management, and familiarity with Windows-based software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Email). College degree (Associates or Bachelors preferred) with related sports medicine or anatomy background is helpful; HS diploma considered with prior experience. Compensation ranges from $42,000 to $60,000 annually plus eligible expense reimbursement for driving. All full-time benefits are included (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.).
