Organize volunteer orientation, training, and scheduling to support patient care and community outreach initiatives. Coordinate volunteers for companionship, respite, homemaking duties, errands, veteran programming, music, and community events while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to allocate resources that increase clinical visits and lower clinician caseloads.
