Job Summary
Lead and oversee regional hospice clinical operations, supervising Regional Clinical Managers, QAPI Manager, and After-Hours Triage teams. Drive performance through KPIs, quality benchmarks, and clinical productivity metrics while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and hospice-specific regulations. Manage staffing, training, and performance across interdisciplinary teams, providing financial oversight including budget planning and cost management. Collaborate with the SVP of Hospice Operations and CEO on strategic initiatives and partner with Business Development to support regional growth and service expansion. Champion innovation and continuous improvement in clinical processes while representing Silverado Hospice in professional forums and community events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Active RN license
- Minimum 5–7 years of healthcare management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Comfortable working in an environment with animals and pets
- Ability to remain calm and compassionate in emotionally intense situations
- Candidates living outside of California are eligible for remote work, provided they are able to travel up to 50% to Texas and California
