Job Summary
Hospice Travel Registered Nurse (RN) providing state-licensure–based nursing care across the Hospice coverage area. Responsibilities include care and documentation meeting reimbursement guidelines, coordinating physical care with family, patient, physician, and Hospice team, communicating with patients/families and agency personnel, participating in IDT meetings and quality review, and traveling as needed. Requires RN licensure, completion of nursing education from an approved school of nursing, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience with hospice experience preferred. Full-time role based in Raleigh, NC.
