Hospice Team Manager-RN

Oversee management and supervisory responsibilities for clinical staff while managing the daily interdisciplinary delivery of hospice care and services to patients and families on a 24-hour-a-day basis. Assign clinical personnel to care assignments, ensure delivery aligns with hospice regulations, and arrange for on-call coverage. Serve as a resource for clinical staff and coordinate resources within a comprehensive interdisciplinary team approach to address terminally ill patients' needs and symptom control planning. Manage daily operations of Good Shepherd Hospice, utilizing knowledge of hospice policies, procedures, and electronic medical records for clinical documentation.
