Job Summary
Provide resident care to assigned individuals in accordance with assessments, care plans, and nursing management directives. Coordinate proper care types with licensed staff while strictly following company policies, safety guidelines, and resident assessments. Work independently on a day-to-day basis and collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and leadership. The STNA position works under the direction of a Case Manager/DON. Candidates must hold State Tested Nursing Assistant certification, be CPR certified, and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Full-time employees receive competitive pay ranging from $19 to $24 plus monthly bonuses, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- State Tested Nursing Assistant certification in the state(s) of practice
- CPR certified
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance
