Job Summary
Part-time Spiritual Care Coordinator for Concordia Hospice of Washington (Washington, PA) providing spiritual care, prayer, and emotional support to hospice patients and families, working closely with nurses, social workers, and volunteers. Lead or assist with memorial services, bedside prayers, and family support as needed. Requires ordained or licensed clergy with pastoral care experience and reliable transportation to visit patients in homes and facilities across the area.
