Hospice Sales & Marketing Representative

Hospice Sales & Marketing Representative responsible for expanding Guardian Pharmacy of Colorado’s network in the Denver area by calling on and visiting current customers, marketing pharmacy services as the preferred provider, and building strong, long-term relationships. You will collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate profitability of new business, train facility staff during startup, and provide consulting on regulatory compliance. Key duties include maintaining customer relationships to drive 100% retention, assisting in startup data collection, and supporting local marketing and associations related to assisted living/long-term care facilities. Travel up to 75% is required; High School Diploma or GED is required with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Pharmacy technician certification/registration and/or national certification are preferred; CRM experience a plus. This role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
