Job Summary
On-call Hospice RN provides direct patient and family care in home and nursing facility settings; coordinates care with hospice interdisciplinary team; manages comfort, symptom, and medication needs, DME, admissions, and discharges; supports after-hours care with a weekend-night schedule (8pm–8am Sat-Sun and 5pm–8am Mon); requires CPR certification, Ohio nursing licensure, and a valid driver's license; flexible/full-time and part-time per diem options.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- current licensure by Ohio State Board of Nursing
- CPR certification required
- Holds valid driver's license and current driver's insurance coverage
