Job Summary
Conduct ongoing assessments of patients' physical and psycho-social status while initiating and revising care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary group and attending physicians. Provide education and interventions to manage pain and physical symptoms, ensuring all equipment, supplies, drugs, and necessary services remain available. Complete accurate and timely documentation of services provided and regularly attend IDG meetings. Maintain an active, unrestricted Michigan RN license with at least one year of relevant experience, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. This weekend-only role (Fridays 4:30 PM to Monday 8:00 AM on-call) offers weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and an ESOP.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Active, unrestricted license in the State of Michigan
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience as an RN
- Current CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license and current car insurance
- Available for weekends only, starting Fridays at 4:30PM - Monday at 8:00AM on-call
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of management experience
- One (1) year of home health experience
- Community health experience
- Wide range of Medical-Surgical experience
