Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their own homes under a physician's plan of care. Develop realistic plans of care with measurable outcomes in collaboration with patients and families. Assess holistic health needs and demonstrate competency in pain control and symptom management. Educate patients on rights and responsibilities for informed decision-making. Requires current Maine RN license, ANA Home Health certification, CPR card, and one year of recent clinical experience. Work 36 hours per week with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Current R.N. license in the State of Maine
- Current CPR card
- One year of recent clinical nursing experience
- ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing
