Job Summary
Hospice RN providing hands-on, end-of-life care to patients and support for families and community caregivers. Role features a salaried schedule with 7 days on 7 days off night shifts (6 pm–6 am), M-F and every other weekend, then 7 days off. In-person work across San Diego County including Temecula and Murrieta; duties include nursing care per competency checklist, observation and problem-solving, documentation, timely workload prioritization, patient and family education, mobility and transfer assistance, and collaboration with the care team to ensure compassionate hospice and home health services. Requires RN license and CPR certification, a graduate of an accredited nursing program, and a valid driver’s license with insured vehicle. Previous hospice/home health experience preferred and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
