Hospice RN

Direct and indirect quality care for patients and families of all ages under the direction of the Hospice Clinical Supervisor and on physician order. Manage a caseload of patients living within the service area, coordinating care activities with the health care team to promote patient comfort and assist in achieving a peaceful death. Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and the individualized needs of each patient. Full-time day shift at Providence Medford Medical Center in OR. Base pay range $40.90 - $63.49 with a $3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates. Requires Oregon RN license, BLS certification, and one year of medical/surgical or long-term care experience, with EOL care expertise essential.
