HOSPICE RN PART TIME WEEKEND

Job Summary
Hospice RN provides care and documentation that meets reimbursement guidelines, coordinates physical care of the patient with family, patient, physician and the Hospice team, and communicates with patients, families, and agency personnel. The role involves attending IDT meetings and quality reviews, weekend availability, and travel as needed. Requires an active RN license, nursing education from an approved school, and two years of clinical nursing experience with hospice experience preferred; CPR certification and ongoing continuing education are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in state of practice
- successful completion of a nursing education from an approved school of nursing
- two years of clinical nursing experience
- at least one year of hospice nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification
- ability to visit and travel as needed (agency need)
