Job Summary
Provide home-based care to patients with six months or less to live, performing assessments, vital checks, pain monitoring, and administering prescribed medications within a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to carry out patient care plans while educating families on prognosis, care changes, and hospice goals. Ensure accessibility of medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies while taking a holistic approach that engages the patient's mind, body, spirit, and family. Requires an active, unrestricted Michigan RN license with one year of relevant experience; schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 4:30pm to 8:00am with weekly pay between $72k and $75k.
Required Qualifications
- RN with active, unrestricted license in the State of Michigan
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience as an RN
