Job Summary
Provide clinical guidance and judgment to promote understanding of and response to patient and family needs. Participate in Performance Improvement & Quality Assurance activities. Lead an interdisciplinary care team by developing relationships within the community, collaborating with other hospice providers, and recruiting core team members. Mentor future hospice leaders while maintaining strong clinical skills. Requires former hospice experience, BSN or Masters preferred, and management experience. Based in Colchester, VT, with a base salary of $95,000-$100,000 and a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
