Hospice RN Crawfordsville

Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while directing hospice care services for individuals and families in their homes and communities. Build from community resources to plan and direct services, with an emphasis on community health education. Requires a valid Indiana Registered Nurse License and previous hospice or long-term care experience preferred. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with nights free, offering medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, PTO, and mileage reimbursement.
