Job Summary
Hospice RN Clinical Manager oversees all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA), providing supervision and ensuring quality of care for high-acuity or extended non-licensed clients. Role includes staff orientation and preceptor resources, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and agency policies, conducting home visits, managing caseload and case management, recruiting and training clinical staff, and leading program development and operational/financial management within hospice services.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Active CPR per agency policy
- 3+ years RN experience in hospice setting
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
