Job Summary
Join ANX as a Hospice RN Case Manager to lead and coordinate high-quality hospice care services. Candidates must hold a current RN license, CPR certification, and have one year of RN experience. Vietnamese-speaking is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current CA Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR card for Healthcare Providers
- 1 year of Registered Nursing experience required
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in good working order.
- Demonstrates excellent observation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.
Desired Qualifications
- Vietnamese-speaking preferred
