Job Summary
Enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones by building trusting, compassionate relationships. Educate caregivers on care for their loved ones and collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity. Assist patients in doing the activities they enjoy while honoring the quality of their life. Requires an RN license, two years of nursing experience, and hospice experience preferred. Full-time schedule of approximately 32 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state you work
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse
- Current driver's license
- Current CPR and BCLS certification
