Job Summary
Manage and coordinate hospice patient care by completing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized plans of care. Educate and support patients and families while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in on-call rotation as assigned. Requires a current active RN license in Kansas or Missouri, at least one year of recent nursing experience, and a valid driver's license. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay, paid mileage, PTO, and tuition discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, active RN license in Kansas and Missouri, a multistate compact license, or the ability to obtain the required license(s) within 30 days of hire
- License must be in good standing
- At least 1 year (12 months) of recent Registered Nurse experience
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Hospice, home health, palliative care, oncology, or medical-surgical experience preferred
