Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while directing hospice services for individuals and families in the Fishers, Lawrence, Greenfield, and New Castle, IN area. Build community resources to deliver compassionate care through the nursing process, with emphasis on community health education. Requires a valid Indiana RN license and previous hospice or long-term care experience preferred. Monday-Friday schedule with workdays free of nights. Required Qualifications

- Full-time hours availability
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday schedule

- Must be able to work in Fishers / Lawrence / Greenfield / New Castle, IN area
- Must be able to work in Indiana
