Hospice RN Administrator

Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring a Clinical Manager is available during all hours and directing ongoing functions for quality patient care. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws by taking action on regulatory reports and ensuring accurate service documentation. Implement effective budgeting systems, supervise staff evaluations, and manage personnel records while supervising patient satisfaction surveys. Requires current RN license, BSN preferred, 3+ years of hospice management experience, valid driver's license, and CPR certification.
