Job Summary
Hospice RN position providing in-home care and hospice services with on-the-road patient visits and occasional remote training from Summit Home Care and Hospice. Responsibilities include initial and ongoing patient assessments, developing and updating care plans, administering medications, coordinating care with physicians and family, discharge planning, case management when assigned, and on-call duties. Requires active RN license, 1 year of RN experience, and ability to travel within Columbus, OH/Franklin County; includes sign-on bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, associate or bachelor’s degree
- Valid/active nursing license
- 1 year of previous experience as a RN required
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile in good working order and insured
- Valid CPR certification is required
- Recent TB test, required
