Job Summary
Hospice Response Team RN provides urgent patient assessments and implements care plans; collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs; educates patients, families, and caregivers on disease processes and self-care techniques; coordinates and communicates changes in patient needs with the physician and team. Requires RN licensed in RI and MA, with 1-3 years of clinical experience; BSN preferred. Full-time day shift (7:00am-3:30pm) with every-other weekend; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plan, flexible spending accounts, PTO, and educational reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- RN license required (RI and MA)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Minimum 1-3 years clinical experience
- BSN preferred
