Hospice Registered Nurse: South Hills

Assess and manage patient physical, emotional, and spiritual needs by developing individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments to control pain and symptoms, while educating families on disease processes and end-of-life decisions. Provide emotional support and act as a trusted resource for patients and families during this significant time. Work independently to manage your own schedule and prioritize tasks, focusing on comfort and quality of life. Requires a minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in palliative care, hospice, or oncology.
