Job Summary
Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) needed to collaborate within a team-based care environment to manage and deliver patient care plans for patients in Lansing and surrounding areas. Requires an active RN license in the work state, an Associate degree or higher in nursing, at least two years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license with ability to spend about 20% of the day driving to patient locations. The role supports hands-on patient care, uses EMR software, and contributes to timely charting and coordination of care across the hospice team.
