Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care, pain management, and emotional support to hospice patients in their homes. Collaborate with a compassionate healthcare team to ensure high-quality end-of-life care, manage symptoms, and support patients and families. On-call shifts are required, with on-call standby and holiday coverage. Entry into a safety-sensitive role with pre-employment drug testing. Opportunities for professional growth, bilingual in Spanish preferred, with comprehensive benefits and a $3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Unrestricted Registered Nurse Licensure in Washington State
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Moderate computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work on-call a minimum of two-holiday shifts per year
- Pass pre-employment drug testing (cannabis testing in WA)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- In-Home Hospice nursing experience (preferred)
