Job Summary
Provide comfort, peace, and dignity to patients and their families by building trusting, compassionate relationships. Educate caregivers on care for their loved ones and collaborate with the care team to enable quality time with patients. Maintain RN licensure, two years of nursing experience, and hospice experience preference while holding a current driver's license and CPR/BCLS certification.
